 Once an item has been customized and/or altered in any way it is no longer eligible to be returned or refunded.  All Sales are FINAL ! 

Once an order has been placed, there will be an 48 hour grace period to make changes and/or cancel  for a full refund, however, in the case that the time has exceeded 48 hours, the order is no longer edible for a refund and all deposits will be forfeited. Additional changes after the 48 hour grace period will result in additional fees. 

Miss spelled names and/or sizes provided to us will  be corrected  at your expense. , meaning additional fee's will apply to repurchase and reprint garments. 

 Please double check all information provided at the time your order is being placed.

At this moment processing times are up to 2 weeks (14 days)  from the date your deposit has been paid.

larger orders may result in a longer processing time .

A 50% Deposit will be required at the time of order placement . Deposits are required for ALL orders. Failure to pay your required deposit will result in order cancellations . 

We have and hold the right to photograph, re-use and repost photos of our work. Everything designed and or altered by Herbella's Boutique will be photographed and used for marketing purposes. 

All client photos that are  voluntarily sent & tagged will be used as content for our media pages. 

we would never post or repost children wearing our garments without consent.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  additional insurance will be placed on your package only at your request . Once your tracking number as been provided please do the best you can to track your package up until the delivery date.
